How to Zip Photos to Send in an Email
Published 8 November 2026 by Kloora Tools
Quick answer: compress your photos, put them in one ZIP with the free Image to ZIP tool, and attach the ZIP. Most email services limit attachments to about 20 to 25 MB.
Step by step
- Open the Bulk Image Compressor and shrink your photos. Download them as a ZIP.
- If you want a new combined ZIP, add the files to Image to ZIP.
- Check the final size. Keep it below about 20MB.
- Attach the ZIP to your email.
Tips
- Quality 70 to 80 is usually enough for email.
- For very big sets, use a cloud link instead.
A common mistake
Attaching 30 full size phone photos. They can add up to over 100MB.
Privacy
The Image to ZIP runs in your browser, so your files are not uploaded and no account is needed.
